Actual Hane Outfit

So wanted to show the LARP outfit I put together. The lighting in this picture was horrible, I tried fixing it a bit but not sure how well I did. Unfortunately I couldn't fix the "hey wolfforce, you're fat!" problem XD



So, umm, I forgot how I drew Hane but I tried to get my pose close for comparison. Close enough? Only I'm short and fat, and my outfit has more detail (and I didn't pull up the outer skirt enough so it was dragging on the ground and being stepped on all day...I swear, I wish I was just a couple inches taller! JUST A COUPLE! lol). And as you can see, I totally forgot to draw some of my stuff in the drawing, and, well, forgot a lot in general. I FAIL, YAY!

For this outfit, it's pretty piece-meal. I got the blue skirt at a garage sale and split it open a the back (so I could put the zipper in front, haha, easier this way). There's a white underskirt you can't see very well...it's just a skirt. The obi I made...it's....well it worked. The wanna-be kimono I altered internally to make the left sleeve a pocket, because they were sewn shut, so it's more like an actual kimono. Then the back bow part I altered (I'll get a picture of that up next, though the picture isn't great).

Oh yeah, and if I look white-washed I was actually wearing a light layer of white face/body paint (my character IS an arctic fox kitsune after all!).
