I just finished this tonight. It's a quiver for my arrows, 'cause I was just using a really cheap one and had this cross fox scrap pelt just kinda layin' around in my craft box...so, two plus two equals four!
Materials: cross fox scrap pelt, deer leather, white thread, sinew, deer antler button, wooden beads, odd...clippy...thingy (snap on one side, clip on the other), turkey feathers, goose feathers. (I have different feathers I can change out)
Model: My boyfriend, *Blackfirehawk, haha.
It seems to hang all right, the leather was sturdy enough to break FIVE of my sewing needles -_-; (I only sew by hand, too), on the "back" of it underneath an arm of the fox I made a pocket to hold my finger tab, the inside of the fox is lined with the brown deer leather so it can hold the arrows without ripping, haha. Umm, yeah, and it's fluffy and I think it's pretty.
Yes my bow is in the background...yes it has my new ermine pelt on it holding the string on the top XD I kinda put it on there just for fun, and then saw that it was safe for the pelt, and, well, it holds the bow string quite well...
